Crumble the chocolate sandwich cookies. Mix the melted butter into them to create your cake base.
Spread the cake’s base on the bottom of a smaller cake pan (such as 16cm). Let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
Move onto the chocolate mousse layer. Bring the cream to a boil and melt the dark chocolate in it. Let it cool to room temperature.
Pour the mousse out onto the cake base. For decoration, you can place broken pieces of sandwich cookies on the top. Then place it in the fridge to set.
After it has set, you can slice it up and enjoy it!
