Start making the cake. Combine the eggs with the sugar and vanilla aroma until fluffy.

Mix the lemon and orange juice with the oil and then pour it into the egg mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and lemon zest. Then add it into the batter, incorporating it fully.

Pour the batter into your baking pan which you line with baking paper beforehand. Bake it for 45 minutes at 355°F.

After it has cooled down, you can make your lemon glaze out of the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Then pour it onto your cake.

Create another glaze, but add a few drops of yellow food colouring to it, before decorating the cake with it.

After the glaze has set, you can cut slices of the cake and serve!
