Start off by making the cake base. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and orange zest until fluffy.
Mix together the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, then stir it into the mixture.
Fold in the whipped up egg whites into the mixture as well, until you get a smooth texture.
Line your baking pan with baking paper and spread the batter in. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 355°F.
For the cream, combine the cottage cheese with the vanilla sugar, orange zest and mascarpone.
Then stir in the diced peaches.
Whip up the cream and carefully fold it into your cottage cheese cream.
Spread the cream on top of your cake base.
Then place peach slices on top of the cream. Put your cake in the fridge for 1 hour to rest.
Create a jelly, by mixing together the gelatin with the peach juice. Pour it on top of the cake. Wait until it solidifies, then it will be ready to cut up and serve!
