Start off with the honey layer. Mix the flour with the powdered sugar, butter, eggs and honey. Create a small ball of dough out of it. Roll it out into the size of your baking tray. Bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F.
Move onto the cream. Heat together the egg yolk with the milk and the vanilla pudding powder. Allow it to thicken before taking it off the heat and letting it cool.
Move onto the fluffy “dough” layer. Whip up the egg whites together with the powdered sugar until they form stiff peaks.
Spread walnuts all over a baking tray and pour the whipped up egg whites over them. Baking them for 15 minutes at 355°F.
After the cream base has cooled, blend in the butter and powdered sugar.
Start layering the cake. Spread half of the cream over the honey dough.
Carefully placed the fluffy walnut layer on top of the cream, then spread the other half of the cream on it. Let it rest in the fridge overnight.
The next day, spread some whipped cream on the top of the cake and decorate it with chocolate shavings.
