First of all, combine the coconut butter, coconut milk and whipped cream in a pot over medium heat. Melt the ingredients together while frequently stirring and bring the mixture to a boil.

If it has started to boil, turn the heat off and add the sugar.

Stir until the sugar completely dissolves into the coconut mixture.

Put the coconut mixture into a preferably square or rectangle-shaped pan. Make sure to press down the mixture so it’s even everywhere. Put it in the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours.

After taking it out from the freezer, cut it up into small blocks. Mould these blocks into cylindrical shapes.

Over low or medium heat, melt the milk chocolate. With the help of two forks, you can dunk the coconut chunks in the melted chocolate. After covering them fully in chocolate put them aside on a sheet of baking paper, or a baking tray. With a spoon, you can imitate the appearance of a chocolate bar of bounty. Put it into the fridge and leave it to cool and solidify.
