Activate your yeast in warm milk which has a bit of sugar in it as well. Then add the flour and oil to the activated yeast.
After mixing the ingredients together well, create a ball of dough and leave it in the bowl covered. Let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
After it has risen, separate the dough into two equal parts. Add the cocoa powder to one of the doughs, incorporating it well.
Roll out both doughs into thinner sheets that are about the same size.
Place one layer of dough on the other, then roll them up together. Let the dough rise for another 1-2 hours in a warm place.
Lay the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Coat the dough with an egg yolk wash and bake for 30-35 minutes at 355°F.
Let it cool a little. Then cut it up into thin slices and enjoy!
