Firstly, melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pot and add your peaches to it.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and flour. Add this to the peaches. Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes.

Roll out your pizza dough in the meantime and cut it up into slices. Fill them with the peach mixture before forming small beignets out of them.

Throw your beignets into hot oil and let them fry until they turn golden-brown.

Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of them and they’re ready to serve!
