First melt a bar of dark and milk chocolate, pour it on a foil and spread it evenly. Make some round chocolate plates and put it in the freezer for an hour or two.
Tip: If you let it cool 10 minutes in a fridge, it’d be much easier to make the plates.
Let’s make the dough now. Put the flour in a bowl and add the baking powder, eggs, sugar, cacao powder, rum flavoring, melted margarine and mix it thorough.
Pour the dough in a baking pan with bakery paper in it, spread it and put some crushed white chocolate on top.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30 minutes.
Once it’s done cut it up into four pieces and make round plates just like with the chocolate.
Cut a smaller hole in the middle.
Put the chocolate plate on top of it.
Melt the rest of the chocolate while slowly adding milk to it and pour the hot cream over the middle, so the chocolate plate can melt.
Let it cool a little before you eat it.
Good luck with the preparation and bon appetit!
