Meringue recipe: Preparing the Meringue is simple! First, mix powdered sugar and yolk, stir thorough over steam.
When removed from heat, add the juice of a quarter lemon.
Start blending the cream with a hand blender, add yeast and blend until thick.
Draw 3 lines with food coloring in a piping bag fitted with a with a star-tipper.
In 3 lines, pipe circular rings in a pan lined with parchment.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees F and bake for 2 hours.
