For the cake’s dough, mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then blend in the butter.
Add in the egg and knead together until you have a ball of dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll the dough out and place it in a floured pie form.
Place some sorts of weight on top of the dough, bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F.
Cook your pudding with the pudding powder, the juice of the orange, milk and sugar. Then spread it onto your already baked pie crust and bake them for another 15 minutes.
Place orange slices on top of the pie, then pop it right back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
Dust it with powdered sugar and it’s ready to serve!
