Combine the sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. This will be the pizza sauce.
Cut out the pizza dough into a heart shape (with the help of a knife).
Place the Camembert into the middle of the pizza dough.
Spread the pizza sauce on the dough around the Camembert. Place the slices of Prosciutto on top of the dough.
Place another piece of dough on top of the pizza, make sure it’s the same size and shape as the other one.
Cut lines into the dough, leaving the Camembert in the centre in tact. Twist the cuts of the dough, so after they have baked you will be able to easily tear them off.
Brush egg wash all over the top of the dough. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C.
While it’s still piping hot, cut off the dough from the top of the Camembert. Dip your tasty twists into the cheese and enjoy!
