Reindeer Brownies recipe: Preparing Reindeer Brownies is easy! In a larger bowl, mix sugar and oil with a hand mixer.
Add eggs one by one, and mix them well.
Add vanilla extract and mix it with the cream.
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, then mush them together, until it becomes a stiff mixture.
Pour the mixture in a cake pan lined with parchment paper, and bake it for 20 minutes at 350°F in a preheated oven. When it’s ready, let it cool down completely.
For the antlers, break a pretzel twist and poke the broken bits in the top side of a slice.
For the eyes, put larger dots on the top with melted white chocolate, then draw smaller dots in the middle of the white dots with melted dark chocolate.
With a bit of melted dark chocolate, stick a red M&M on the narrow end of the slice to make the nose.
