Preparing Scones with greaves is simple. First, risen yeast in milk and sugar.
Mix flour with margarine/butter.
Combine wine, egg, salt and sour cream and risen yeast.
Let it rise in a warm place for an hour.
Season the greaves with salt and pepper.
Flatten the dough and add greaves.
Fold the dough, and let it rise again.
Flatten the dough again, as thin as possible and make the crosses on top.
Use a cutter then brush the top with egg. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
