Ingredients

½ lb flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
5 ½ fl oz water
1 ½ tsp yeast

Steps

Step 1
Preparing the pizza dough is simple. First, add the yeast to warm water and let it sit with sugar.
Step 2
Knead the flour with the proofed yeast, oil and salt.
Step 3
Allow the dough to rise for an hour in a warm place.
Step 4
When the dough has risen, stretch the dough in a floured surface.
