German meatloaf recipe: making the German meatloaf is simple. First, combine mincemeat, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, cream cheese and marjoram in a different bowl.
Line a meatloaf pan with parchment and spread the mince meat mixture evenly.
Toss smoked cheese on top and add the sour cream mixture.
Add the ham and cheese on top.
Add eggs on top of the cheese and season with salt.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
