RECIPE

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 onion
Mushrooms
Parsley
Mozzarella
Cheese
2 tsp butter
Salt
4 tsp flour
Paprika powder
Oil

Steps

Step 1
Heat the onion on some oil, season with salt then add the diced mushrooms, butter and parsley.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the paprika powder and roll the chickens in it.
Step 3
Fry the chicken breasts in a pan on some oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Pour the mushroom stew in a tray, put the chicken on top then put mozzarella slices and tomatoes on top of it. Cover it all in grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) under foil.
