Ingredients

2 tbsp/ 1 ½ oz butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups cold milk
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Nutmeg (to taste)

Steps

Step 1
Béchamel sauce recipe: Preparing the Béchamel sauce is simple! First, melt butter in a pan.
Step 2
Add flour and cook until brown.
Step 3
Gradually add the milk, stir continuously.
Step 4
When ready, season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
