Beef Roulades recipe: Preparing the Beef Roulades is simple! First, wash the meat and dry them.
Grease it with mustard thinly.
Put one and a half or two slices of bacon on each meat, 3 pieces of sliced cucumbers, and 5 slices of finely chopped onions.
Start rolling it up, secure with kitchen strings.
Melt the butter in a hot frying pan, add the roulades and sauté each side.
Put the chopped vegetables and the remaining onions in a different frying pan, then roast them.
After that add red wine and roast the wine dissipates. Add beef broth, salt, pepper and some of the cucumber liquid.
Put in a roaster and add the vegetable sauce on the meat, then cover with the top. Bake at 320 degrees F for an hour and a half, add vegetable sauce whenever necessary.
When the meat gets tender, remove from the roaster, sift the gravy and bring it to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard to some water, as well as cornstarch, combine it thorough and add to the sauce.
Add some of the sauce to a plate before serving, then the sliced meat served in it.
