Ingredients

1 cooked cauliflower
1 onion
Parsley (to taste)
Salt
Pepper
1 lb minced pork
5 oz cheddar cheese
3 ½ oz grated mozzarella
Béchamel sauce

Steps

Step 1

Line a glass bowl with aluminum foil and spread the meat to the side.

Make a simple béchamel sauce and pour on the top of the cauliflower.
Step 6
Turn over into a different glass bowl in a way that minced meat is on top.
Step 7
Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 8
Bake at 390 degrees F for 40 minutes.
