Preparing the Cheese-stuffed meatballs wrapped in bacon is simple! First, put mincemeat in a bowl, add salt and pepper.

Chop the onions and add to the meat, add lamb’s lettuce bit by bit.

Dice the cheese.

Make balls out of the meat, then combine with cheese.

Wrap in bacon.
