Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast
⅔ cup butter
1 cup grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Parsley
Flour
Eggs
Bread crumbs

Steps

Step 1
Chicken Kiev recipe: First, combine the butter, grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt, nutmeg and stir thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast fillet in the middle and spoon the filling inside of it, then fold it.
Step 3
Bread the meat.
Step 4
Cook in hot oil.
