Ingredients

Chicken breasts
Salt
Flour
Oil
For the batter:
2 eggs
Pepper
3 cloves of garlic
Sour cream
Flour

Steps

Step 1
Cut the chicken into stripes and salt them.
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with eggs, garlic, flour and pepper.
Step 3
Put some flour in a huge bowl. Roll the chicken strips in flour and then in the batter.
Step 4
Fry the chicken in some oil until they are golden brown.
