Add the flour into a large bowl. Mix in the active yeast and 75 ml olive oil.

The dough should be a bit sticky. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.

Place the dough in a bowl that has oil spread inside of it. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.

Transfer the dough and flatten it on a baking tray that is lined with baking paper. Place a cloth over the dough and let it rest for another 40 minutes. Use your thumbs to press holes all over the top of the dough. Then brush olive oil over the dough and sprinkle rosemary leaves on top of it. 

Bake it for 25 minutes at 430°F. Serve with olive oil!
