Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast
Oil
7 oz sour cream
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon flour
Salt
Mixed peppercorns

Steps

Step 1
Gather all your ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl mix sour cream with flour, then add honey and mustard. Stir until you get a smooth paste.

Important: Mix it well so there are no lumps in it!
Step 3
Dice the chicken breast. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a medium-sized saucepan and add the chicken cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Covering the pan, leave it to cook for 5-10 mins.
Step 4
Pour your honey-mustard-sour cream mixture onto the chicken, and stirring constantly let it thicken.
Step 5
Once you have the desired thickness, serve it with rice or noodles.
