Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast
7 oz sliced bacon
½ lb curd cheese or cottage cheese
1 3 ½ fl oz sour cream
2 red onions
Paprika powder
Salt
Pepper

Steps

Step 1
First to make the liptauer spread mix curd cheese (cottage cheese), sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika powder and red onions in a big bowl.
Step 2
Next, cut the chicken breasts in half. Season to taste.
Step 3
Fill the chicken with the spread.
Step 4
Carefully wrap bacon around the stuffed chicken. Place the chicken breasts into a roasting tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 mins.
Step 6
Serve it with a side dish of your choice.
