Mix the minced meat, the eggs, the bread crumbs and the spices in a bowl.

Lay the meat evenly on a sheet of aluminium foil about the same size as the oven pan we plan to use.

Place the ham slices on top of the meat. Then place the cheese slices on the ham, and finally the fresh spinach leaves on top of everything.

Carefully roll it up with the help of the foil.

Put foil into the oven pan you want to use, then put the bacon slices on it according to the length of the meat rolls.

You can now put the meat roll on the bacon, then carefully wrap it in them.

Place your meat roll in the oven. First, bake it for 25 minutes at 350 F under a foil, then bake it for 25 minutes at 450 – 480 F° without the foil. Tip: When you take off the foil, it’s best to turn the meat rolls so that the edges of the bacon is at the bottom because the bacon can peel off the meat due to the high temperature.
