Ingredients

2 pork chops
Bread crumbs
Egg
Flour
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt

Steps

Step 1
Tenderize the meat.
Step 2
Bread meat as usual (flour-eggs-breadcrumbs)
Step 3
Place meat in a pan lined with parchment and spray with oil.
Step 4
Bake for 60 minutes at 300 degrees F.
Step 5
Serve with a side dish.
