Red cabbage balls recipe: First, clean the cabbages and remove the outermost leaves, then slice until thin.

Season with salt and combine thorough, let it rest for an hour.

Drain the leaves and combine with crushed garlic, spices and flour.

Take one tablespoon of the mixture and make balls out of it, then bathe in breadcrumbs. Keep making balls the same way.

Roast in oil, on medium heat until golden.
