Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, wash and clean the cabbages, add them into boiling water and cut the leaves thin when tender.

Combine the minced meat, cabbage leaves, bread crumbs, eggs and cooking cream.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika powder. Mix everything thoroughly.

Form balls from the meat.

Heat oil and cook meatballs until crisp.

Serve with tomato sauce and freshly chopped parsley.
