Ingredients

14 oz savoy cabbage
2 medium sized potatoes (cut into ¾ x ¾ inch cubes)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp caraway
3 garlic cloves
Roux:
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp flour

Steps

Step 1
Savoy Cabbage With Potatoes recipe: Preparing the Savoy Cabbage With Potatoes is easy! First, cut the cabbage into half inch sized strips.
Step 2
Peel then wash the potatoes, then cut them into ¾ x ¾ sized cubes.
Step 3
Put in a bowl, add salt, caraway and crushed garlic.
Step 4
Add water until half, then cook until soft.
Step 5
Toast the flour in oil, add paprika powder, and when the savoy cabbage starts getting ready, and the potatoes are soft enough, combine with roux.
