Ingredients

7 oz tagliatelle
2 ½ oz semolina
½ cup of hot water
Oil
1 tsp salt
Apricot jam
Powdered sugar
3 cups of water

Steps

Step 1
Semolina Pasta recipe: Preparing the Semolina Pasta is simple! First, boil the water, add salt and cook the tagliatelle in it for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Roast the semolina in some oil.
Step 3
Add water slowly.
Step 4
When the pasta is cooked, combine it with semolina.
Step 5
Serve with apricot jam and powdered sugar.
