Ingredients

½ onion
1 garlic clove
1 lb floury potatoes
1 tbsp sunflower oil
7 oz minced meat
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ oz tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
½ tbsp oregano
2 carrots
½ leek
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 parsley stalks
1 tsp paprika powder

Steps

Step 1
Stew with minced meat recipe: Preparing the Stew with minced meat is easy! First, roast the minced meat in oil.
Step 2
Add onions, garlic, tomato paste and potatoes. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Then add tomatoes, oregano and the vegetable broth.
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Step 5
Add carrots and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 6
Finally, add leek and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
