Stuffed Zucchini recipe: Preparing the Stuffed Zucchini is easy! First, wash the zucchinis, then cut off both sides and cut in half.
Remove the seeds to a bowl.
Then mix sliced sausages, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and crushed garlic with the removed seeds.
Fill zucchinis and add Bolognese sauce. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes.
Then sprinkle the top with grated Mozzarella cheese and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts.
