Toad-In-The-Hole recipe: Preparing the Toad-In-The-Hole is easy! First, put the sausages in a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Combine flour, eggs, mustard, thyme and milk in a larger bowl.
Pour the batter on the sausages while still hot, and put back in the oven for another 40 minutes.
Braise diced onions, then add flour and brown sugar.
Add beef stock and bring to a boil.
When the sausage is ready, pour it down with the stock mixture before serving.
