Gather your ingredients.
Place the chicken breast between two cling film or plastic sheets and using a meat mallet flatten the breasts to make it easier to roll them. When done, remove chicken from the foil and salt both sides.
Break the feta cheese into small pieces, add the garlic and mix well. Fill the breasts with the mixture evenly.
Add the rocket.
Roll up the chicken breasts.
Wrap two big ham slices around the rolled chicken.
Secure with toothpicks.
Place in a roasting tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) top/bottom heat for 30 mins.
