RECIPE

Ingredients

1 tbsp lard
3 ½ oz smoked bacon
1 finely chopped onion
1 lb pork leg
4 tsp salt
4 pinches of white pepper
1 tomato
1 pepper
2 tbsp paprika powder
1 carrot
1 turnip
7 oz mushrooms
1 bunch of parsley
7 fl oz sour cream
1 heaped tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp dill
3 ½ oz wheat flour
1 egg
2 pinches of salt

Steps

Step 1
Roast bacons until they start to render, add the chopped onions.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add diced meat and cook until tender.
Step 4
Add diced peppers and tomatoes.
Step 5
Add paprika powder and 1 cup of water.
Step 6
Add turnips, carrots, mushrooms and parsley.
Step 7
Add the rest of the water.
Step 8
Combine flour with sour cream, add 2 tablespoons of soup and stir thorough for the thickening. Add to soup, stir thorough and bring to a boil.
Step 9
Combine and knead eggs, flour and salt for the noodles and add bit by bit to the soup.
Step 10
Add dill and bring to a boil.
