Mexican Bean Chili

RECIPE

Ingredients

2 chopped onions
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 lb turkey mincemeat
Salt
Pepper
Ground paprika powder
Oregano
Cayenne chilli
10 ½ oz tomato puree
3-5 fl oz water
½ lb beans
½ lb canned corn

Steps

Step 1
Combine and sautée the chopped onions and crushed garlic in oil.
Step 2
Add in the minced meat, cook until tender.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, cayenne chilli, pepper powder and oregano.
Step 4
Mix in the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Add 3-5 fl oz of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add in the corn and beans, bring to a boil.
Step 7
When everything’s tender, remove from heat and serve.
