RECIPE

Ingredients

1 medium sized lettuce
1 Chinese cucumber
3 tomatoes
7 oz chicken breast fillet
3 ½ oz croutons
1 egg yolk
2 tsp mustard
4 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 pinch of parsley
1 pinch of oregano
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
7 fl oz cooking cream

Steps

Step 1
Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, cut then combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and put them in a bowl.
Step 2
Then, combine the ingredients for the dressing and whisk (mustard, oil, yolks, spices, garlic, parsley).
Step 3
Add the dressing on the salad and stir thoroughly.
Step 4
Dice the chicken breasts and toast them in oil. Add them to salad while still fresh.
Step 5
Serve with croutons.
