3 cups tomato juice
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 onion
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 ½ oz pasta (alphabet pasta)

Steps

Step 1
Tomato soup recipe: Preparing the Tomato soup is simple! First, heat up the oil, add flour and cook until the flour turns golden.
Step 2
Add tomato juice and stir thorough.
Step 3
Toss in sugar, salt, pepper and oregano.
Step 4
Add water and garlic.
Step 5
Cook with lid on.
Step 6
Add alphabet pasta and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
