Ingredients

4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
7 fl oz water
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
4 eggs
Oil
Cinnamon sugar
Vanilla ice cream

Steps

Step 1
Churro muffins with vanilla ice cream recipe: Preparing the Churro muffins with vanilla ice cream is simple! First, combine brown sugar, salt and water, bring to a boil.
Step 2
When boiling, add flour and wait until you hear a sizzling sound.
Step 3
Let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, add vanilla flavoring and add eggs one by one.

Spread the mixture in a star-tipped piping bag.
Step 5
Grease the back side of a cupcake pan with oil and spread the mixture on top.
Step 6
Put in deep freezer until the dough hardens.
Step 7
When the dough is hard enough and easily removable from the pan, cook in hot oil until golden.
Step 8
Remove the excess oil with a paper towel.
Step 9
Bathe the dough in cinnamon sugar.
Step 10
Add vanilla ice cream in the middle and serve with chocolate syrup.
