Donuts recipe: Preparing the Donuts is simple! First, activate your yeast in lukewarm milk and a tablespoon of sugar.

Combine the flour, salt, powdered and vanilla sugar in another bowl.

Add the softened margarine, egg yolk and risen yeast.

Knead into a ball and let it rise for an hour.

When the dough has risen, roll it out and cut circles in it with a cookie cutter.

If you want jam filled doughnuts, press your thumb down in the middle of your doughnuts creating an indent.
