Sugared pancake recipe: Preparing the Sugared pancake is simple! First, combine the milk with the egg yolk.
Add the sugar, salt, grated zests and semolina. Then add the whipped egg whites, and put it away for an hour.
Melt margarine in a hot pan.
Add the mixture, keep continuously stirring it with a wooden spoon.
Serve with apricot jam and powdered sugar.
