RECIPE

Ingredients

Dough:
4 ½ oz flour
3 oz sugar
1 ½ oz soft margarine
1 egg
6 fl oz sour cream
1 oz cocoa powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Cream:
4 ½ oz mascarpone
7 oz whipped cream
1 ½ oz powdered sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar

Steps

Step 1
Whoopie pie recipe: Preparing the Whoopie pie is simple! First, beat together the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and softened margarine.
Step 2
Mix in the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and sour cream.
Step 3
Pour the mixture in a pastry bag and pipe out about 2 inch wide circles.
Step 4
Bake them at 360F° for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
While the cookies cool down, prepare the cream. First, combine mascarpone with powdered and vanilla sugar.
Step 6
Add the whipped cream.
Step 7
Pour the cream into a pastry bag.
Step 8
Finally, pipe cream to every second cookie. Then simply place one cookie that has cream onto one that doesn’t.
