Puff pastry
1 egg
4 ½ oz grated cheese
Salt

Steps

Step 1
Cheese sticks recipe: Preparing the Cheese sticks is simple! First, flatten the puff pastry and brush with eggs.
Step 2
Cut into small strips with a puff pastry cutter, then cut the strips into three pieces.
Step 3
Put in a pan lined with parchment, sprinkle with cheese and salt to taste.
Step 4
Bake at 360 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
