Ingredients

1 ½ lb tomatoes
1 red onion
1 pinch of sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

Steps

Step 1
Tomato soup recipe: Preparing the Tomato soup is simple! First, wash the tomatoes, then dice and put them in a bowl. In a different bowl season the finely chopped onions with sugar, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add some oil and vinegar to the onions, stir thorough.
Step 3
All that’s left is to add the onions to the tomatoes and gently combine the salad. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
