Hungarian ricotta cake recipe: Preparing the Hungarian ricotta cake is simple! First, mix butter/margarine with flour.
Add yolks and sugar.
Spread the mixture in a buttered pan and bake at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: Combine ricotta cheese with yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and grated lemon zests.
Spread it over the half-cooked mixture and bake at 360 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Beat egg whites with sugar and lemon juice until thick.
Put it in a pastry bag and score the top with it.
Add jam in-between the holes.
Dry the foam at 280 degrees F.
