Pour your melted milk chocolate over the puffed wheat and stir well. 
Place it into a cake tin which is lined with baking paper, making sure it is evenly spread at the bottom. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour. 
Move onto the creamy filling. Whip up the cream and also add in the vanilla aroma. 
When the cream is started to become whipped, pour in the melted white chocolate and cream stabiliser. 
Finally, add the mascarpone and the cottage cheese as well. 
Pour the cream over the base of your cake. Spread it evenly before placing it in the fridge and let it rest for 1-2 hours. 
Take out the cake from the cake tin and take off the baking paper from the cake. 
Pour melted milk chocolate over the top of the cake. Decorate it with puffed wheat or sprinkles of white chocolate.
