Mix the butter with the melted caramel and honey. 
Combine the ground biscuits with the melted caramel mixture. Blend until it forms a solid sort of mixture, which shouldn’t be sticky. 
Form small balls out of the mixture, then roll them in chopped or grated hazelnuts. Let them rest for a while before serving them!
