How about trying out a No Bake Black Forest Cake, which is the perfect solution to your problems! It’s an easy and tasty version of the classic favourite!
Dip the ladyfingers in milk and line the bottom of a cake pan with them. 
Make a chocolate pudding, which you allow to cool. 
For the cream layer, whip up the cream and add the powdered sugar to it, then fold in the mascarpone. 
Spread half of the chocolate pudding on the ladyfingers. Then add sour cherries on top of it. 
Spread a part of the cream evenly on top of the sour cherries. 
Repeat the exact same steps, until only a bit of cream is left, with which you can cover the sides of the cake. 
Let it rest overnight. 
After it has rested, spread cream on the sides of the cake. Then stick ladyfingers to the sides. Cover the top of the cake with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings and as extra decoration, you can add some sour cherries to the top. 
Then all you need to do is slice it up and serve!
