This is a perfect option for anyone who wants to make a quick and easy dessert for themselves or for friends and family!
Start by making the sponge. Mix all the ingredients together besides the egg whites. Whip up the egg whites in a separate bowl and gently fold into the batter until incorporated well. 
Pour the sponge batter into your cake tin which is already lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F. 
For the cream, start heating the milk and mix in the ground walnuts, rum aroma and flour. Let it thicken and then allow it to cool. 
Mix in the butter and powdered sugar into your cream mixture, until creamy. Then pour it on top of your cake, which should have cooled down by now, and let it rest overnight. 
Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top of your cake the next day.
